According to the lawsuit obtained by Business Insider and other outlets, tensions on set were palpable, and Lively reportedly had to endure a hostile work environment that nearly led to the derailment of the film's production. It is alleged that inappropriate behavior from Baldoni required intervention from the studio with an "all-hands-on-deck meeting" to establish new boundaries. Reports suggest that Lively's concerns included Baldoni showing her nude videos or images of women, discussing his past addiction to pornography, and making inappropriate comments about her weight and her late father.
The lawsuit also claims that Baldoni's actions extended beyond the set, with allegations of "social manipulation" aimed at tarnishing Lively's public image. As part of the evidence, a text message from Baldoni's publicist allegedly mentioned intentions to "bury" Lively's reputation.

Freedman further asserts that Baldoni and his team have not retaliated and have experienced undue harm due to what they describe as false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious claims by Lively.
